What is the minimum age requirement to purchase vaping products?

To legally acquire personal vaporizers and related products in Australia, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age across all states and territories. Age verification is required for all purchases.

I've submitted an email enquiry; how quickly can I expect a reply?

We process a high volume of communications daily and appreciate your patience. Please allow a maximum of one full business day for our team to respond to your email. We answer all inquiries in the sequence they are received, during our service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm AEDT.

Important Note: If you send a follow-up email before receiving a reply to your original message, your initial query is automatically pushed to the back of the queue, potentially causing a further delay. Please wait for our first response.

What is the typical timeframe for my order to leave your warehouse?

The vast majority of completed orders are dispatched and prepared for courier handover within just 1 business day of placement. As soon as your order has been packaged and the label has been generated, you will be notified via email with all the tracking details.

I received the wrong item, or my product appears to be defective. How do I proceed with a return?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect order or believe an item is faulty, please send us an email immediately upon opening your package and we will send you out a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.
