  • Express Post: A flat rate of $20 applies to all express delivery orders, irrespective of location.

We cannot assume liability for delays resulting from factors outside of our control (e.g., weather events, national holidays, or peak-season service congestion).

  • Accurate Address Crucial: It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is completely accurate, including the full street address, suburb/city, state, and postcode, to prevent errors or significant shipping delays.

📧 Tracking Your Shipment

  • Tracking Notification: You will receive a separate email notification containing your unique tracking number and link immediately after your order has been dispatched.

  • Monitoring Progress: This information allows you to track the real-time movement of your package directly on the Australia Post website.

 

📝 Handling Stock Variances

We diligently manage our inventory; however, in the rare event that an item in your order is temporarily unavailable:

  • Partial Shipment: We will promptly ship all available items within the standard processing time, avoiding delays to the rest of your purchase.

  • Follow-Up Delivery: The temporarily out-of-stock item(s) will be shipped to you as a separate, second delivery immediately upon arrival, with no extra shipping charges applied to you.
